  • Facilitated a facility tour on behalf of the companies, the Executive Secretary (ES) and key members of the Board were in attendance in Dubai. The new business to be started in Nigeria was endorsed by the ES and granted other prayers necessary to aid procurement of line pipes and exclusive item in the oil and gas industry today.
  • Advised on the setup and created a special purpose vehicle to carry on the intended business of the companies.
  • Obtained Nigerian Content Equipment Certificates.
  • Got Chibiak Steel Link Ltd on the AVL of the Total IKIKE Project and Shell Bonga South West Project.
