Tranos core business serviced majorly the telecommunications industry. In 2018 they decided to start trading in the oil and gas sector. They engaged our services when they encountered various bottlenecks and government bureaucracy. Since we took over their Nigerian Content unit we have achieved the following:

• The Executive Secretary of NCDMB has endorsed and commissioned Tranos Facility, given the company necessary detailed publicity and ensured key members from international and national oil companies were in attendance.
• Registered Tranos in the IOCs.
• Obtained ‘Category A’ Nigerian Content Equipment Certificates which gives Tranos first and exclusive consideration on bids related to their field of services.
• Scheduled commissioning of new manufacturing plants by the ES in December 2020.
• Got Tranos listed on the AVL of upcoming NLNG Train7, HI and Shell Bonga South West Project.
• Obtained a Capacity development initiative grant for Tranos from Shell Nigeria and other companies.
• Continuous handling of Nigerian Content activities for the company.
• Trained their personnel on the application of Nigerian Content in tendering activities.
• Provision of personnel for project operations: technicians, welders, operators, legal and SCM experts etc.
